The Process

1. Decide on what TYPE of design you need for you business. We offer two types of web designs:

  • Ecommerce
  • Informational

2.  Once you know what type of design you need, browse our pre-made designs.  You can change colors and fonts on any of the templates.  Custom design services are also available.

3. Next, decide on your Website Package and extras for your website. We offer three website packages:

You may also want to view the Extras we offer…think of the Extras as a way to jazz up your site!  Extras include WordPress plugins, Zen Cart plugins, photo slideshows, newsletter sign up forms, etc. These features are not necessary but they do expand your website.

4. Send us your order! We accept credit card payments and Paypal. We do not accept physical goods as payment, trade ins, or business offers to become your partner in lieu of payment. Once we receive your order we will follow up with an email within 24 hrs. to confirm your order and to discuss the details of your design. Please note that a 50% deposit is required in order to be added to our schedule. Payment arrangements will be discussed and confirmed during your phone consulation. If you need a domain name and hosting services, this will also be discussed.

We follow a simple two step design process with each website:

Step 1: Planning & Design

We discuss what features you need for your site, gather all of the pieces that are to be implemented into your new site and then design the layout and look of your site in Photoshop.

When you receive your first draft, you will have a chance to look at it, show it to anyone involved, and email us back with your opinions. We will take your changes and integrate them into the next draft.

You get up to 3 rounds of revisions as part of the creative process. Once you are satisfied you’ll approve the draft as final and move on to the next step. ***Please note that once the draft has been approved, any changes will require extra charges.***

Step 2: Create & Implement the Final Design

Once we receive the final payment, which is 50% of your total project cost, we pull all of the pieces together and start building your website. This step can range from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the final design.

We do offer a complimentary training session (1 hr via Skype, phone, or IM) to teach you how to update and maintain your site.

****Please note that all web, graphic, and print design projects under $100 must be paid for in full before starting the design process.****
