General Questions

What kind of services do you offer?
At Diva Designz we offer a wide range of services including web design, graphic,  and print design. We create and design websites as well as  both business and personal marketing materials such as business cards, ads, banners, invitations, flyers, ebook covers, etc. 

Who do I contact if I have any presales or general questions?

What are your terms and policies?

Design, Products, & Services Questions

Do you offer web hosting and domains?
Yes we do. Web hosting services are $10.00/month and domain names are $12.00/year.

What is not included with my web design purchase?
Your purchase does not include the following:

  • Hosting services
  • Domain Name
  • Setup of categories and products, product descriptions and/or product photos
  • Setup of payments and shipping options
  • Changes to any graphics, colors, fonts and/or layout
  • Layered .psd files of graphics
  • Custom logo design

Once I purchase a design, how long will it take to be installed?
Most designs are installed within 10-12 business days.

Can I change any of the colors or fonts on a design?
Yes we can do this for you. Please be sure to review the different website packages we offer. The Premium Package comes with a color and font change.

Do you offer product entry services?
Yes, we do. Product entry is available as an Extra Service. Click here to learn more about our Extra Services.

Can I order a web design now and come back at a later date and order print designs?
Yes, you can come back at any time in the future and purchase print designs or any other add-on services.

Can I use my own logo in a design?
Yes, you can. The logo must be high quality and sent in .psd, .jpg, .png or .eps format.

What if I have an existing website, but I need work done or customer support?
We are very familiar with PHP and  HTML and advanced professional design programs including:  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. If you want to remodel your graphics, need modifications implemented, or simply need technical support or help with your website, email us and and we can discuss the different options and what we can do to get your website back on track.

Technical Questions

What if I don’t know the first thing about the internet, or how to start a website?
If you’re interested in starting a website, or online business, but you don’t know where to begin, we can help. Just e-mail us any questions you have and will be happy to talk you through the process! We also have a free ebook to help you get started.

Do I need to be computer savvy?
The better you can navigate your way around the internet and web based programs, the easier this will be for you. If you rarely use the computer, this could be a pretty difficult process for you. We do have some helpful resources for you…view our Resources page.

What shopping cart and software do you use?

Will you integrate any third party software programs for me?
We can integrate third party software, however this requires custom programming. If you’d like a quote, let us know.

Payment Questions

What are your rates?

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes we offer a payment plan. You must make a 50% deposit to get started and then we will create a specific plan to pay the remaining balance. That is the only type of payment plan that we offer at this time and full payment is required prior to launching your site.

What payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards and Paypal. We do not accept physical goods as payment, trade ins, or business offers to become your partner in lieu of payment.
