Tell us about your business:
I am a life coach just for mom’s. I look after the backbone of the household by helping mom’s re-discover themselves.

What inspired you to start your business?
Being a mom! I have been a life coaching for 6 years and I asked who were the people that I could help most – it was mom’s. I am one!!

What has been the biggest challenge in your business and how have you dealt with it?
Making the jump from at-home mom to getting out there with a business message.  It is also a challenge getting my priorities sorted out and making time for things that really matter.

What would you say has contributed to your business success?
All the tools that I have learned as a life coach, some great friends input (including a very supportive husband) and my kids – they teach me something every day.

What advice would you like to offer to other women/moms who are thinking about starting a business?
Know that if you are thinking about it, then you can do it. Always ask for help when it’s required and know that people want to help you as much as you want to help them.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of being an entrepreneur?
Getting the balance between work and homelife. I also love knowing that my success is as big as I make it. There is no limitation.

What is your favorite tool/resources you use for your business and why?
Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes are my guru’s. What they teach is fabulous for keeping me on track, and my clients benefit too.

How do you manage your personal and business activities?
I am quite specific about time blocks. What is work time and what is family time. Using those as my guideline makes it pretty easy to draw the line between the two roles.

Looking back, is there anything you wish you’d done differently?
Specialised sooner. I have been doing general life coaching and only recently specified that mom’s are the people I can help the most. I has really helped my focus since I made that decision.
