Who We Are:
Latreeka Williams – Founder and Head of Business Development
Latreeka is the founder and creator of Diva Designz and the owner of an accounting and business consulting firm, Williams & Company. She has an M.B.A. in Business Administration and over 10 years of experience working with small businesses. Her passion for helping women business owners led to the creation of Diva Designz. She works closely with each client to help them develop a plan for establishing a professional web presence for their business.
Sheryll Pang – Partner and Lead Designer
Sheryll is a web designer, entrepreneur, mother, and finance & international business student. Her self-taught passion for design began at the age of 11. She combines her experience in design, business, and marketing to create compelling websites and materials to help businesses succeed. She is the owner of the digital marketing firm NeoScribe and founder of the non-profit organization SitterSource. Sheryll partnered with Diva Designz because she supports women entrepreneurs and wants to provide start-ups with an affordable solution without sacrificing quality.
Shelly Cone – Public Relations Specialist
Shelly is a longtime journalist, humor columnist and current owner of Beach Betty Public Relations, a California lifestyle company that helps individuals all over the world design their life by growing their business. Her clients have included everything from entrepreneurs in Singapore, musicians in New Zealand to CEO’s of multi-million dollar companies in Manhattan. When she’s not working, she’s designing her own life with her family nestled between the beaches of the California coast and the wine region of the valley.
Christen Demedeiros – Communications Consultant
Christen is an energetic and creative communications professional with over six years of combined experience in the communications and public relations fields. Throughout her career, Christen has worked for several non-profit organizations and currently puts her years of acquired skills to use as a communications consultant. A Maryland native, Christen lives by the motto “successful is he who helps others become successful.” Christen is a member of Women in Communications and serves as the Communications Chair for the organization’s Washington, DC Chapter. She holds an M.A. in Organizational Communications and a B.S in Communications Media, both from Bowie State University.
